He initially looked really happy that I had asked him and told me to call him whenever I wanted. I left him a message and then it took him a couple of days later to call back and leave a message. I left him one more message that he never returned. He apolagized to me the next time I ran into him about a week ago and it looked like he felt bad, and then he told me he was going to call me. He still hasn't called. I have decided not to call him again. What do you think happened with him?

I don't think you should wait on this guy.
