DustySaltus Posted March 17, 2011 Posted March 17, 2011 How do you feel about dating someone extremely attractive with a best friend of the opposite sex, who's heterosexual? I feel that if the guy hits on her, she would dismiss it but if it was the other way around it would almost always lead to some sort of sexual liason...maybe 95% of the time. The other 5% would be because either the guy really felt that it would cloud their frienship OR they are in a serious relationship of their own, and respect it. From my own experiences and those of friends, at some point or another the guy has always made a move. Maybe they waited FIVE YEARS before doing so, but they eventually did and the woman would be shocked...but I could see it and i'm sure most men could see it from a mile away. Of course it you bring it up though, you come of looking like an insecure, jealous person. It's a losing battle.
Jack & Coke Posted March 17, 2011 Posted March 17, 2011 Being "best friends" past a certain age to me is absolutely impossible, imo. Feelings or sexual urges were exchanged at some point. That's not politically correct but I just can't see it...
