sibernox Posted March 16, 2011 Posted March 16, 2011 Some background info first: I take a class with this girl. only one class per week (on tuesdays) So we were supposed to go out last thursday. She had to take a raincheck 'cause she was sick (pretty sure she was telling the truth, had runny nose and stuff when i saw her in class 2 days prior). Haven't texted her since. Saw her in class earlier today. no mention of the raincheck from either her or myself. I'm pretty sure she wants to go out but likes being chased. when do you guys think i should wait before asking her out again? or should i just forget about it? and is something like "so when are you gona make up that cancelation to me?" or how would you word it? I think she likes me. Always laughs at my jokes, always talking to me etc... thanks for the help .

If you get an opening, crack a joke about her standing you up (be sure to make it obvioius you're being playful and not that you're upset about it). If she wants to go out she'll make it up to you.
Fondue Posted March 16, 2011 Posted March 16, 2011 I stopped doing the whole chase thing a while ago. I'm not about to inflate anyone's ego. If you're into playing games, then you can go **** yourself. That's pretty much my view on things now. I'd say forget about it. If she wants to go out with you bad enough, she'll reach out. Additionally, once she does and you're "deciding" to accept, you'll have the upper hand so to speak. But that's for another topic...
