My reasoning is no, if she adds me I will accept, otherwise however I shouldn't add her because that opens up communication between us, if I don't add her (and if she likes me), it would be better that she has to wait to see me whenever I work, so like every moment is sorta special. My otherside says no, add her and you can communicate a lot more, it will show your interest etc. What do you think? **Specifics of my personal problem down below, if you don't wanna read it, its fine, just answer what you think, to facebook or not to facebook when pursuing a girl? \/ \/ \/ \/ \/ \/ \/ \/ \/ \/ \/ \/ \/ \/ \/ \/ \/ \/ \/ \/ \/ \/ \/ \/ \/ \/ \/ \/ \/ Okay, so at my part-time job theres a girl, shes a junior manager, shes 23-24 and I'm 19, but we get along, i like her. I'm not sure, maybe she likes me too, but i don't know, however i'm always flirting with her at work by teasing her etc. I know she has facebook, we have a few mutual friends from work. However she has not added me and I have not added her, we've been working together for 6 months. Over the past few weeks is when we've gotten a little closer, before we were just two employees, now we talk quite a bit. And she's not like a real manager, not hardcore, just like an average person, really easy to talk to, down to earth. To facebook or not to facebook?

Online chatting is very impersonal, and things can be more easily taken the wrong way, or over thought. Why not just do it the old fashioned way by asking for her number, and her yes or no response will give an inclination as to whether or not she's interested. Then TALK on the phone. Add her on facebook should she seem interested later on.
