But then today she told me about how she has a poltergiest in her house. that its a women in a red dress that she cant see her face. she said she has choked her in her sleep. so if you know how or know a website that knows how to help me like maybe religous or not, but that can help me. I think if i help her im in. But also i was very interested in this because i believe in ghosts but dont believe they should harm anyone. any help would help you guys, or maybe even tell me a better thread to put it under. thanks.

Not good. Best idea would be to go to a Pastor methinks. If she is an unbeliever I am unsure what to suggest. Take care, Eve x

cerridwen Posted March 13, 2011 Posted March 13, 2011 Paranormal groups seem to have cropped up in lots of places. There maybe one (or several) near your girlfriend's town. I'm not sure if they charge but it maybe worth looking into. I don't recommend you try exorcising the spirit yourself. Try a clergy person or the aforementioned paranormal group.

We did that when we bought our house – maybe it's hokey, but we think of it as a kind of after-life insurance!

Have either you or she considered the possibility of a mental disorder? A mental disorder does not mean that a person is crazy, just that sometimes people see things that aren't there... I don't know if you've ever watched the movie "A Beautiful mind"? It shows how this brilliant mathematician truly thought he interacted with real people, but really, some of his "real people" didn't exist. It's based on a true story. So, it is possible that this which your friend is experiencing is actually a result of a mental disorder, and not necessarily spiritual in nature?
