I have turned to Buddhism a lot in the past few months: struggles with my marriage, the loss of my mother, etc. I have always looked for books that helped perpetuate healthy attitudes about diet, and know it is more a lifestyle change than yo-yo dieting.

Try "Present Moment, Wonderful Moment" and "Peace is Every Step" by the same author.

 

Thich Nhat Hanh (or TNH, as he's known to followers and affictionados alike) is a Zen Monk with a wonderful base/centre in the South of France, called Plum Village. I recommend a visit.
