thinkingtoomuch Posted March 30, 2004 Posted March 30, 2004 i'm interested to get a take on this conversation: bf - lines up photographs of my 2 girlfriends and myself.. 'look at that bunch of reprobates all living in this apartment' me - i put his photo to the side 'and theres you' bf - 'but i'm not a permanent resident' me - 'thats why i put you to one side' i mentioned this to my friend and she thinks hes angling to talk about him moving in, he lives with his parents and has never moved out. i think he was just messing about with the photos. i keep missing the comments he makes which cue an opening for a discussion about where we are going because i dont think quickly enough or just clamp my mouth shut in shyness. do you think was that a loaded comment? i dont want to mention it to him in case i scare him off, its only been 5 months!!!
jenny Posted March 30, 2004 Posted March 30, 2004 if you are not ready to talk openly about moving in, you are not ready to move in. it's my take he was just messing about; even if the gesture was laden with meaning it's too soon to push.
