I work with a guy who is 2 years younger than me. He is Japanese and super cute! I have a big crush on him and always look forward to working with him every weekend. He notices when I change my hairstyle and we are always teasing each other. If he's lazy and doesn't want to work I'll get angry at him in a flirty way and vice versa.

 

Today he pat me on the shoulder and when I was standing around he walked passed and poked me in the stomach. He always hits me playfully and we whip each other with the tea towel if the other is being annoying. He also asked me whether I thought he needed a haircut. He'll always pretend to have been really upset if I say something harsh, even though he's only playing around knows I'm joking. Do you think he might like me? Everytime I look him in the eyes my heart beats ten times faster lol!

 

One time after a night out with friends he waited with me until my bus came and I went to hug him after asking about his dad and he said 'EW!' I felt rejected but maybe he was shy. His parents are divorced.

He could be shy or he could be for the other sex. The only way to find out is to get him to ask you on a date. Give him hints at places you want to go and see if he gets the clues, if not, ask him.

He might just be shy and young. You never said how old he is exactly. That might be a major role into his ,"ew" comment, it sounds immature.

He obviously likes you and you like him. If you want to take it further, tell him you like him and would like to take it further. It's simple really. He sounds a bit shy, so maybe tell him he doesn't need to answer right away, but you think he's cute and you'd like to go out one night together.
