As the title says, I am interested in a man who's 14 years older than me.

The chemistry is amazing, sparks always fly whenever we talk, and we are at ease with each other. He's made it clear that he likes me, is always quite impressed with me and I can sense how special I am to him. In the time we've known each other, it's been unbelievably good; makes me weak at the knees, and I (almost) constantly think about him.

However, with that said, I simply am having a hard time getting over this big (in my eyes) age difference. Not only that, he doesn't have much of a career. He's currently unemployed.

All that coupled with the fact that I want to have a child some day, and if and when this occurs, he'll be well into his 40s. This would be too much for me.

I believe I'll be perfectly content maintaining a friendship, even though that's easier said than done at this stage. Sigh.

Anyone been in the same boots as me?
