Mixed28 Posted March 1, 2011 Posted March 1, 2011 At first it sucks hard (thats my baby!) but later on it is a good thing. First it crushes your hopes of getting back together (those hopes must DIE!) also it gives us dumpees incentive to move on. Knowing my ex has a new guy makes me say screw this I will focus on me and find someone else. Its a hard sight to see at first but a necessary evil. Really I just hope she is happy (because I love her) but it is time for me time pursuing a new girl as we speak!
Movingthrough Posted March 1, 2011 Posted March 1, 2011 Yeah this was an issue for me, and still is time to time. Not really the fact of moving on because i have also dated, but she went right into a "serious" thing really quick. She has literally done every single thing you can do in a relationship, in five months. It does hurt to know that thats about as much proof as you can get that they moved on..but it is what it is.

Yeah it blows. And for awhile you wish you were in the new person's shoes, For me I was like damnit if only I wasn't clingy (but it was my first relationship so I forgave myself) and you do feel inferior to the new person which is BS and not true.
JrRos Posted March 3, 2011 Posted March 3, 2011 It's going to be about two month since me and my ex split. She said she wanted to try out this new guy blah blah blah... I've been feeling in the need to contact her. I rarely dreamed of her and lately I've been dreaming of her constantly. Not really great stuff. Thanks for posting that I'll keep going with NC.
