The situation is kind of strange though, because unfortunately I was very drunk when it happened. So drunk, in fact, that I don't remember the majority of the conversation we had. After piecing the night together with the help of some friends, apparently I was hitting on this girl pretty hard but it worked because we were talking for maybe 2 or 3 hours. I ended up with her number. I follow up the next day with a few texts, and get some promising replies saying how she'd love to hang/wants to get together again but I'm not sure if she means hang 1 on 1 or in a group (my friend was talking to her friend as well). Yesterday, I text her again, and eventually asks if she wants to hit up a happy hour later this week. She responds saying "for sure, let's talk later this week to firm up the plans". I respond by saying I'll give her a call in a few days and make a joke about promising to remember more of the convo, and she says "sounds great, i'll look forward to it". What's my next move here? How long should I wait to call? Does it sound like she's actually interested or just being nice? Any advice appreciated!

So Wednesday at the earliest, and Thursday at the latest, if you're making plans for Friday. She's already said that she's expecting to talk to you and that it's to "firm up plans." That is, she's agreed to meet up and it's just a matter of confirming arrangements, so yes, I'd say that she's interested - how much, not sure. You'll have to find that out when you talk to her some more, preferably when you're sober and able to read her better.
