Since I've posted everything else since we broke up, this is what she wrote me...

I dont expect a reply. I just wanted you to know that I think about you often, and I hope you are doing well.

My parents and aunt xxxxx were in town for graduation and they all asked how you were doing and told me to tell you that they love you and wish you great things.

My brother moved back to xxxxxx after a bit of a fall out with my dad so you might see him around.

If it makes you feel any better - this chick has lost all her dignity. She's coming off as a total weirdo with all these stupid updates. IE: "I think about you often" - yea, we get that...seeing as to how you f*cking email me every time it happens. Is there anyway you can block any and all incoming messages from her on your email?

Maybe she's just trying to look like the "better person" by constantly (CONSTANTLY) wishing you well but again....she just looks like a weirdo.

Completely missing the point, girl. Sage is fine even w/o your announced good wishes. No need to let him know you wish him well.

What's the lesson learnt here? Perhaps it is that when you are in contact with her you get upset. Those messages you receive from her may be upsetting you to some degree. Are they? They are, after all, a form of contact.

Ask yourself why do you choose to keep communicating with her (and reading her messages is communication)? Then ask yourself, what's the worst that can happen if you choose differently, if you choose to block her emails and change your phone number? And finally, ask yourself, why is all this done by email and text, why are you guys not talking direct to each other, by phone, perhaps? What does that say about the relationship you have now?

If you want to be happy, do things that make you happy and don't do things that make you unhappy.

How Sage that is amazing, seriously. I admire you.

Me and my ex broke up a bit more than 3 weeks ago, he still has not contacted me. I unfortunately broke NC last week because I wanted to know if the reason why he wanted out was because of another girl......which he obviously denied. We had been together for about 3.5 years too (broke up twice in the past but only for a cpl of weeks and he always came back). He said that he didnt want to string me along anymore, and that he was making plans for the future without me and that it wasnt fair on me anymore. Fair enough. Just f***** up that he didnt think of this before he asked if we could move in together next year and travel. He told me 'People can change their minds'.

Anyways. I am doing NC at the moment. He didnt even wish me good luck for my exams, WHICH is good!! Well my heart is a bit weak and wants him to, but this time I AM NOT GOING BACK, so I am happy he didnt. I just want to show him that I couldnt care less of him and to hurt him as he has hurt me (broke up 2 weeks before my FINAL exams of uni). I know its wrong..

Anyways, cant wait for my phone contract to finish in July so that I can get a new phone and a new number, IN CASE he decides to once text and ask how i am doing. I really want to cut any kind of hope my heart denies it has.

Call the service provider and tell them you want to change your number because of nuisance calls. They do it for free in the UK and it takes about an hour.
