turn_the_page Posted February 20, 2011 Posted February 20, 2011 I'm going to start from the beginning because I'm new here! Me and my ex had been together since April 2010, we literally never had an issue/argument or anything like that but she came to realise that we spent too much time together and had lost all our other parts in life (friends etc). This came about after her being away for a week skiing with university, they basically got very drunk and had loads of fun for a week! I know that she didn't cheat and hasn't got with anybody else since, and I trust her with that. She told me on her return from holiday that she wanted some space for a while, so we agreed a week and then we'd go on a date and try get things good again. The week was tough since I found out my nan has cancer in this time so needed my gf to be there for me, so we spoke daily but only met in person once for a short period of time. After the week was up she told me she wanted to talk and at this time ended the relationship. She told me she wants to be close friends as she loves me being a part of her life. For the past 2 weeks we've been speaking daily txting/calling and met up a few times for dinner at each others houses. On the 2nd day of the break she also came over and told me she'd made a mistake and wanted our relationship back, slept with me, then the next day said it was a mistake and she doesnt want me back. Since this we went on a night out together with lots of mutual friends for a birthday when she was flirting with a guy infront of my face, I get annoyed and told her to f**k off, then she followed me and kept applogising saying she doesnt want to hurt me and ended up in my bed cuddling me, at which point i told her to leave. I've decided now to go the NC route to force her to decide how she feels, yet this morning (after 1 day) she txt me asking when she can come round with my stuff! What are peoples opinion on my situation? Is NC the best route? I want her back and she knows that.... :/
