Slept with my ex last night...Just when I was ready to move on

Life is so funny. As soon as I finally wrapped my head around the fact that the man I was inlove with is not the man he is today, here he comes.

 

I was actually on a date with someone else. It was getting late so my date left. While I was on the date, my ex text me. After my date left. I told my ex to come over. I hadnt seen him since Aug of last year. He comes over, we talk alot and chit chat. It was even more late. He comes and get in the bed with me and BAM!

 

This morning I woke up feeling fine. I know that doesnt mean we are back together. I really dont know if it meant anything. It was fast and a big step for us considering we had a very very bad break up and wasnt expecting to ever speak to each other again.

 

Im okay. If we dont get back together, I will be fine. I know he is not the same person I fell in love with so its whatever. I just dont want to make this a habit. It was good to get some lovin in cause I havent been wanting to give my body to anyone else yet. Maybe one guy but I dont think it will work out. We will see.

Well as long as it didn't set you back that is a good thing. But I'd definitly avoid making it a habit, sex isn't good for anything but maybe reconciliation when you guys are at that point. Most people actually feel terrible after they've had sex with an ex. But it is good that you don't I would just avoid putting yourself in those situations again.

I dont because I already know that sex dont change things. It was just a good time. I have learned from the LS family not expect too much from a ex. Just play it cool and continue to live your life.
