Yeah it might be a weird question but i'm going out with this girl on the weekend and I think she's single but then..When we met, i don't have great hearing, so i kinda think she said she had a BF. But maybe i just heard wrong cause so far she doesn't seem like she has. we exchanged some texts, and she's really excited. and we called eachother on the phone once and she seemed very interested. I've also met another girl that that DOES have a boyfriend but the reason she's meeting me is for language teaching so..there is a defined purpose so i can see why she's meeting me. The one that i think doesn't have a BF , we're gonna hang out and do alot of activities together and go out to dinner/lunch.. so , i would think she doesn't have a BF but i don't know. if she has a BF it would be kinda sad. ****** But anyways, I've never had a date....what do people do on dates? Where could we go. I know we're going to lunch/dinner but besides that what is there to do? Also, it's raining around here these days so maybe we can't go out doors. that means it's even more difficult cause i wanted to go to the park etc with her. Here are some of my ideas: -Park -Library -restaurant -just walk around the street Also she doesn't have a car, i was wondering if i should give her a ride. Edited February 18, 2011 by quietGuy13

For some women a bf is just her main man and may not mean exclusivity. In other situations the bf may be living with her for a while as a husband in all but name. I say generally no having just had a woman who had planned a first date with me cancel supposedly in order to be with a boyfriend she hadn't seen in a long time. Assuming for a moment it wasn't a lie to get rid of me then apparently some women will date a little while having a main squeeze. I think its called an "open relationship". So yeah people in a relationship that's open will have a bf or gf and date others too. It's just very rare.
