robaday Posted February 16, 2011 Posted February 16, 2011 Hey, I was talking to someone recently because I didnt think they were being truthful about something really important. I asked a number of questions and they held eye contact for all of them, until the most important one (which admittedly will have made them uncomfortable) and their eyes darted downward to my left (they were facing me so they were looking to their right). Is there any truth in being able to spot someone lying by their eye movement? or did i just make the person feel uncomfortable so they averted their gaze?
PegNosePete Posted February 17, 2011 Posted February 17, 2011 If this is a right handed person then looking down to your left indicates recalling feelings or senses. So most likely it was not a lie. But, it's not an exact science.
