My "friend" is being nosy and is really creeping out that girl I like. What can I do?

OK, I've been friends with this guy since like fifth grade but lately, he's like changed and I'm getting sick of him

I've talked to him a while about this girl I'm friends with that I'm pretty much in love with. He was supportive at first but he's been starting to overstep his boundaries

He's only seen her once (for like a minute). I recently found out that she liked me and I told him that. Anyway, I just found out that he messaged her on FB basically being like "Hi, I don't know you but did you have feelings for (me)? Tell me." I saw her reply, which didn't make sense at all. Instead of giving him an answer, she just like rambled on a really random story that was really weird and I could tell that she was trying to change the subject and he apparently replied "Yes or no"

He's been a jerk lately and I think he's really creeping her out. I told him to stop and all he said was "no pity"

I haven't talked to her in like two weeks but I can tell that he's really creeping her out. And I don't know what to do. He's doing this completely on his own but if I bring it up with her, sh emay think I asked him to do it and since she's in a relationship right now, that may be bad but I don't know how to get him to stop

Uh, that sounds really awkward, hah. :D

Really, what I would do is just meet up with her and ask if she'd like to go out on a date with you, or something. Just say that your friend has no social decor (if he comes up as a topic) and just be upfront with your feelings with her. She'll probably be disarmed if you just state your interest in her, in person.

What are the chances of her boyfriend finding out? This is something that he could take care of fairly quickly.
