Two consenting adults can enjoy anal sex and or bdsm. Child porn, producing and viewing, is illegal. It is part of our system of law because we consider children cannot willingly give their consent to participate in pornography. We like to protect children from potential undesirable consequences. We also like to protect them from predators. Yes. We've evolved since pre-historics time.
