jag32wire Posted February 15, 2011 Posted February 15, 2011 So I will try and keep this short...basically I dated this girl for 6 months we had a great time even though I was away for school/work a lot. We traveled and saw each other every free moment. We broke up abruptly because I was getting an increasingly busy schedule. So We meet up a month ago, I knew she was dating someone, but she did not mention a boyfriend once. I even put her in situations to mention him. We went out again this Friday and she says she dumped they guy she was seeing. At the end of the night she kisses me and kind of laughs about how I was trying to avoid it. We were going to goto a friend of hers party on Saturday but she said she was not comfortable last minute. Then texts me that night to meet at the bar and we dance and hook up again. Her friends were friends with her new ex so they got mad at her. Sunday we go out under the terms it is not a good idea to do this since she is fresh out of a relationship and I am still traveling. She mentioned she would not want to start over like that. I told her I will be around all the time in about a month and would love to try and start back up, if it is not okay tell me now. She said she will see how she feels after everything and we will go from there....what the heck is going on. We did text happy valentines to each other. Any ideas was I a weekend rebound or does she want to work it out when I am back around?
gator12 Posted February 15, 2011 Posted February 15, 2011 No clue to be honest, each situation is possible. My advice, when going into it is simply being prepared for the worst. If you wanna take the shot go for it, but take it slooooooowly lol. See what happens, life is too short to not take chances. -Gator
