I'm getting the itch to wish her a Happy Valentine's Day. Someone talk me out of it!

Ok, I've been NC for about 3 months and some change. The only communication I've had is to wish her a Merry Christmas after she discovered I de-friended her and wished me one. I'm really thinking of burying the hatchet and contacting her tonight by text or something. Bad move? I mean, how long should this go on? I either need to be talked out of it or someone needs to give me a reason to just do it. F**k it, right? One thing that's keeping me from doing it is the memory of last year on this day (actually, a year ago yesterday), I walked into a bar and discovered her chumming it up with another dude. We were supposed to go out the next night for Valentine's Day. This dude slipped into town from Boston and guess what!? F**KED HER! Of all the possible scenarios, naturally it's this one. Jesus. She just couldn't possibly just go out with me and be satisfied with that! She HAAAAAAAAAD to screw some guy from out of town THE NIGHT BEFORE WE WENT OUT! Hey, what else is a girl gonna do, right? Ok, I talked myself out of it. Thanks for the sympathetic ear! I don't know what I would do without this site.

Lol, don't do it, for this simple reason. She is probably expecting a contact from you, don't do it and f*ck with her mind. Continue NC and heal, she will contact you ifg she wants you back, but until she says those words stay strong, and don't contact her. Nothing good will come out of it.

A bit late now but don't contact for whatever reason, you will be handing her back loads of power and she will see you as a lap dog - stay NC no matter what, especially after what she done; don't stay friends either. My ex never contacted me on my Bday, and her's was the other day, never contacted her either on or VD, stuff them they deserve it for the **** they put us through.
