Some guys are so ashamed that they spend their entire lives being in marriages, etc. Trying to cover it up. What are the signs? This is killing me
Mrlonelyone Posted February 11, 2011 Posted February 11, 2011 There are no signs that you can 100% rely on other than seeing him with another man in a romantic way. For example people will probably say you should look for feminine ways. Not all gay men are feminine. In fact they scorn femininity in men. Gendered behavior and sexual preference are only weakly correlated. Another point is this... your boyfriend...and the "gay" men who got married you mentioned... should be thought of as bisexual. Bisexuality is stigmatized in men even more than being gay...to the point people claim that men are never really bi. My point is your exBF was probably totally into you, and could have had some homosexual attractions. Thus making him bisexual. His repressing his urge for a hot guy would have been no different from repressing his urge for another woman. Source: Personal experience as a very out bisexual.
Feelin Frisky Posted February 11, 2011 Posted February 11, 2011 Has he given you any particular reasons to think this? There are lots of little tells but they are not necessarily tip offs unless they have context.
