daphne Posted February 11, 2011 Posted February 11, 2011 lol. I figured. Divorce seems like such a nasty thing to go through, which is one of the main reasons why I would like one. I would just want something as emotionally troubling as that to just go as smoothly as possible.. if that makes sense.. lol. You don't want to rely on the other party being able to remain level headed in the face of extreme pain. I have seen it all. There's no reason to get petty and cruel, only to make it more painful for everyone. Life's too short. Unfortunately, most people dont' get this. And if you happen to be the one who prefers to take the high road, believe you me the other person will sniff it out and want to drag you through the mud worse because they know you prize peace more than fighting over money.
