Is it normal for high school girls to be so hard to understand? Theres this girl i used to like, we went out on a date and we went into good convo. She told me that she starts liking guys and as soon as they like her back she blows them off. I was the first guy she told that too she said. What the hell? is this kind of talk on a date a good sign or bad sign? She just switches feelings so fast? Any advice? think back when you were my age haha, please help.

Yeah that used to happen to me (I'm a girl) and still kinda does but I don't think I would tell a guy that. I think I just get really bad nerves so when a guy that I like likes me back the fact that it's now reality and not just a fantasy in my head is overwhelming. I tend to just deal with the nerves though and try to push through that stage instead of ending things before they even begin. I know I would regret that for sure if I did! Hope that helps.

When I was in high school there was this girl that indicated she liked me, then one week later she kissed a friend of mine. Some girls just want to have fun and for guys that attitude seems like they're unpredictable unguided missiles.

Perhaps the fact that you're the first guy she told is a good thing, perhaps she hasn't planned on doing that to you. But yeah, high school girls can have crushes that last for even only a few days or so I've been told.

I never dated in high school; I just couldn't get girls back then to give me the chance. When I got older though, I started to date older girls who would always complain about the drama of their younger sisters in high school, and I started to see why.

Girls at that age are extremely fickle (apparently). They can love a guy in the morning, hate him in the afternoon and decide she loves him again before she goes to sleep.

Girls that age are also really cliquey. For them, it's not just about finding the right guy; it's about outdoing the pretty/rich/popular girls. For them, dating is an arms race; they want a guy they can show off to the school so she can say to herself "yeah, I'm on par or better than those bratty bitchez!"

Not to mention the fact that school is a closed social environment; everyone knows each other, and if a guy screws up, there's no second chance for a first impression.

So because of that, girls are going to be extremely picky and ruthless in finding a guy.
