Hello there everyone, thank you for stopping by and reading. Let me begin about a 2 weeks before New Year's. My friend and I were in the basement at a bar that we like to frequent (it has 3 floors), and he was telling me about the bad luck he was having with the women that he'd been getting involved with and actually wondering out loud what type of woman would be good for him. Well, knowing him like I do, I started putting a woman together in my mind that I thought would "fit" him. A little while later we head up to the 3rd floor where one of the bartenders that he knows was working. We grab a beer, chit chat with the bartender, and lo and behold, here comes this woman over to the bar and asks him if the seat next to him was taken. They hit it off instantly! And the more that they were talking, the more this woman fit him to a tee. It was as if someone took the creation from my mind's eye, and stuck it in the seat next to him.

Fast forward several days later they went out on a date, and she invites him to join her and some of her friends to a New Year's Eve party. Now, I'm thinking, "wow, NYE, I'd say it's a good sign that she invited HIM." Now, this is where the story starts to get strange. Come to find out she invited him AND his friends. That kinda hit me as strange at first, but I thought, "well, she still thought of inviting him first." Anyway, NYE comes and we head to the party. The place is pretty packed by about 11:30, and they disappear out on the dance floor, and I didn't see them again for about an hour, so I figured things were going pretty well. From what he told me, he even got a kiss at midnight. Anyway, things wind down a couple hours later, her and her friends head home and my friend and I do the same.

About a week and a half later, I noticed that my friend was gonna be doing comedy (he's a comedian, and a damn good one too) at a local place not far from my house, so I thought I'd head over watch him and the other comics do their thing. Then about 5 minutes after I get there, SHE shows up! Now I'm thinking, "she came here by herself to see him do comedy. That HAS to be a good sign." After the show she hung out with us for about an hour or two and it was getting late so, she had go. She gave him a hug and she headed home.

Anyway, from what he was telling me a few days after was that she just didn't seem interested in him, which seemed kinda strange to me because from MY angle she certainly seemed interested in him.

Then, Super Bowl Sunday rolls around and one of our mutual friends was having a S.B. party at his house, and she came to the party with him. Again, I'm thinking that's good!

So, here we are today, and I asked him if they had made any plans to go out again at some point, and he told me that they hadn't and he seems to be getting "mixed signals" from her.

Now, here's where I need your help everyone out there who wants to offer up there opinion. I want to confront (not in a mean way or anything) this girl REALLY bad and just ask what the story is, and put in a good word for my friend with her, and basically tell her that she'd be missing out if she were to not continue to see him.

What do you all think? Do, I have a talk with this woman? I really think that my friend deserves to get together with her after all the weirdos he's been getting involved with.

Thanks again for reading.
