so I had date with this chick once. we had a good connection.

I am going to see her tomorrow for 2nd time.

I think we are going to hangout 2~3 times more before valentine's day.

I know if I ask about the plan I have, 100 women would say 'oh you are so sweet, she will love that'

well I don't want to treat her too nice since that's how nice guys get dumped. (adjust schedule for her, get her gifts etc)

that's why I don't understand when some girl here asks 'where are nice guys'

well guys like me choose not to be nice because of those mentally unstable girls who do not appreciate at all.

anyways here is my plan, I am thinking about taking her to sushi place on V-day which will cost me $100~150.

I want to go window shopping with her before vday. I will ask her to try several clothes to figure out the size and design she likes.

I am going to tell her 'put it back unless you want to pay for it'.:)

I am going to bring the clothe she liked on v-day.

I am thinking about spending $150 for the jacket (we are in late 20's)

Is it too early to give that kind of gift? should I just get her something lame like flowers with a teddy bear? (worth $20)

Way too early to spend that kind of money on a date OR a gift, unless you're a highroller.

I have never eaten sushi that was that expensive...unless you're including alcohol...but still...wow...

Yes.

Don't stress out so much over the gift, especially this early in the game...I think the experience is more important than any gift...so make it a memorable V-Day for her...and remember, memorable doesn't necessarily mean expensive...

you are being sarcastic right?

high roller means you can drop $3500 on channel caviar bag, not $150 on banana republic jacket lol

I don't know man. sushi price is way overpriced in this country.

cheap rolls are $10. good rolls with tuna (like rainbow) are $15

To be full, we can eat easily 6 rolls, plus some appetizer and green tea, it's not hard to hit $100. this is for OK sushi places.

Don't worry about being "nice". That is never the problem. Just be yourself! Don't try to be fake nice though to get her to like you. If you get it.

Buying her clothes, especially going shopping with her to see what she likes, is waaaaaaaaaay too heavy for a second date. Seriously, you'll scare her off.

Even spending $100 - $150 at the sushi place a bit over the top.
