So there's this guy who works in the same company as me... but we dont relate at all workwise. Few months ago (Oct-Nov) we started talking and talking and at the end it all came to that he likes me, i wasnt interested, but along this time things have changed, we have been going out, and once we even had a great time kissing (about a month ago). Now i wonder if he just wants to have fun with me or something serious (which is what i want). Things remain the same, we hang out, talk, gou out, dance, etc... (no more kissing though) but i want things to move forward... what should i do?

Now he's protecting his heart & not taking you too seriously & just having fun. Have YOU told him what you wanted? What changed? What happened that made you change your mind?

No i havent told him what I want, but if he likes him and i like him (he knows that) what should I do? I mean I dont want to be the one who initiates the topic, I want him to take the lead... meanwhile we've been having fun together... maybe thats whats wrong, and now he thinks im not in for something serious.
