yah Posted January 28, 2011 Posted January 28, 2011 Guys, what would you think if your GF had some boudoir pics shot and gave them to you as a gift? Do you know of anyone who would hate it because she posed nude for someone else? Girls, what are your experience with doing professional boudoir pics? How many hours would you recommend, # of pictures you got from it, # of outfits, price you paid, what to look for in a photographer?
Star Gazer Posted January 28, 2011 Posted January 28, 2011 I know tons of gals who've had boudoir pictures taken. The photographer has worked with them in terms of number of settings, outfits, frames, etc. Most boudoir photographers that I'm aware of are actually female.
tigressA Posted January 28, 2011 Posted January 28, 2011 (edited) To alleviate the issue of posing nude for someone else, there is a plethora of female boudoir photographers. As for what to look for, usually the photographers who get a lot of business will have a website featuring some of their work and other information, such as how to set up an appointment, their packages (what they include, and the cost), etc. You may want to think about the overall style/theme of your desired photos. Do you want to be retro? Flirtatious? Natural? Fully nude or semi-nude, or both? Do you want to have a personal interest of yours or his on display, like cooking (picture bending over in a pair of ruffled booty shorts to get cookies out of the oven, haha) or music (posing with an instrument), or nature (posing outside)? Here's a good example. http://www.viviansmuse.com/index2.php#/home/ Edited January 28, 2011 by tigressA
Author yah Posted January 28, 2011 Author Posted January 28, 2011 Here's a good example. http://www.viviansmuse.com/index2.php#/home/ I actually just contacted her today! We must be in the same area.
SincereOnlineGuy Posted January 30, 2011 Posted January 30, 2011 Guys, what would you think if your GF had some boudoir pics shot and gave them to you as a gift? Do you know of anyone who would hate it because she posed nude for someone else? That is a great move for just about any woman. It suggests boldness and self-confidence while making great contrast to womens' habitual weighing of themselves, dieting and fretting about what other people think. (LOL - that sounded almost mean - but I swear it helps to emphasize the boldness and self-confidence that are far, far more appealing than the opposite)
lenny Posted January 30, 2011 Posted January 30, 2011 I so wish I would have gotten this done when I was younger. I can't see that anyone would want a picture of me these days ... if I was nude on my back you'd find my breasts in my armpits.
Knittress Posted January 30, 2011 Posted January 30, 2011 I actually took a friend/lover to a gallery show where I was one of the nude models hanging on the wall. haha. Just keep in mind (if you care) that photos given to other people can be SHOWN to other people, so (again, if you care) naughty pictures might be something reserved for more established situations.
