meribel Posted January 26, 2011 Posted January 26, 2011 Hi all My b/f just went away for the wekend and I noticed today he must have contacted his ex on facebook while he was away. She left him a message on his wall that was obviously a reply to a (private unseen) message he must have sent her. It was pretty innocuous...'yeah thanks how are you?xxxx' They broke up 2 years ago and have had no contact since.....why do this now?? I know he didn't see her as they are 6 hrs drive apart frm where he stayed with his family (there really is no way) I find it very strange behaviour....he knows I have an ex that I deleted a while back who I could easily have kept in touch with...but didn't out of respect for him. I'm feeling quite angry about it - a little irrationally maybe... Anyone got an insight for me a to how I deal with (or not???!)

Yeah, I know exactly what you should do: Talk to him, tell him you noticed he contacted his ex. Ask him why. Tell him how you feel about it. Problem solved.

Don't let her create drama with you two. Sometimes people need to just reconnect briefly and squash the hate. Just tell him you saw the message, feel a little threatened and angry and see what he says.
