Oh lorrrd,

So I went on a date with this really good looking guy yesterday, our second date actually. It went pretty well but I wasn't sure how attracted to him I really was. Well, he kissed me and it was AWFUL. Worst make-out session I've ever had in my life. Drooly and all tongue, blegh...I tried really hard to change his technique in a subtle way but it just wasn't working. So he's a confirmed "no" because I got really turned off. Sorry if I sound shallow. I'm venting a bit.

Anyway, my point here is that things like this really make me miss my ex. He was an amazing kisser, with sweet, fuller lips....*sigh*

Do you guys understand this feeling or been through it??

All too well. I don't think that makes you sound shallow at all. Chemistry is important, especially early on. And kissing is a way to guage that chemistry. If that doesn't feel right to you then it's a good indicator that he's not the right guy for you.

Yea you gotta like to kiss them. But Ive found that if your not ready to start a new relationship or dating. No one will be a good kisser to you. That happened to me. started smthing I wasnt ready to start a few months back, told the guy i wasnt ready. A month down the road we are talking again and its different, am ready now.I see him different, cause am not all hung up on my ex anymore. (will not So much anymore). Good luck... Have fun...

Hmm... sometimes when a guy isn't so good at some things he makes up for them much better in other things...

That's just something I've noticed. The first time I've kissed a few guys it was really awkward and to put it plainly; sucked. But after getting used to each other, the styles tend to match up or at least even out to where both people click into what the other person likes/wants.
