mintchocchip Posted January 20, 2011 Posted January 20, 2011 hey basically i'm not sure if this guy ive met is like the other jerks i've been attracting lately (you know the ones who'll say anything to get in your pants) or if he is just playing hard to get. when we met there was an instant connection & spent a lot of time together (like he stayed over for 3 nights), he talked about plans for the future & kept asking if he could see me again (i didn't do this). he txt & i replied but now i'm playing the waiting game. I'm a bit unsure if i have sent him mixed signals, as i have a tendency to freak out a little when meeting someone but it really is just my shy nature. I'm not sure if i should wait or bite the bullet & invite him to a party or something a bit casual. i like this guy & i guess i'm not sure if i've sent him mixed signals or if he just isn't interested...i guess i want to avoid looking like a fool but then i don't want to lose his interest if he is keen....any suggestions? not sure if this is important but he didn't get any...
depplover_1980 Posted January 20, 2011 Posted January 20, 2011 It seems like the simple solution is to invite him to something casual like bowling to me. I think spending 3 nights in a row when you first meet is way too full on, so a little step back to some dates should balance it and give you both time to talk and let it flow between you. Also stop worrying and be pleased you have found somebody.
