I haven't told my boyfriend yet but last night we were talking and both agreed that if it got approved I'd move to Canada to be with him to give us a shot at being together in real time as a couple. I'm so freaking happy right now! Eeek! :bunny::bunny:

We're thinking of having him visit here as we had planned in February, then have me go back with him for a week or two and take some of my stuff with me up there. Then I'd get some stuff ready up there that I need to work, come back and pack the rest of my stuff to be delivered there, then I'd actually move there in early March. So we'll see what happens, but I'm on cloud nine right now.

Lol thanks everyone, and I won't forget ya'll when I'm in Canada. Although I am happy that my boyfriend has promised to get me my Tim Horton's fix with a large hot chocolate with a quarter of coffee in it.

I had never heard of it until one of my SO's friends brought it up. We're thinking March right now, my boyfriend says he wants me there as soon as possible. It would be February but he's coming here for a visit then and we're gonna try to save up a little more money before I move. And Tim Horton's is awesome! It's the only coffee I actually like drinking.

I personally like Mc Donalds coffee better than Tim Hortons, which can sometimes taste burnt because they self brew and leave the pots on for too long or lazy kids don't keep mark at how old the coffee gets. (worked there) Mc donalds coffee is always fresh and creamy I find. (go machines!) Did you know that Tim Hortons eventually overtook Mc Donalds as the leading fast food restaurant in Canada? Which kind of shocks me because when I worked there every 10th customer might buy a actual meal! (soup & sandwich) but the coffee and donuts fly off the shelves. anyway enough of my facts... Gratz on your dreams coming true Aero, I hope you'll be very happy here in Canada its a wonderful place to live (when its not -40) like today:laugh:

My boyfriend and his friends have picked up a muffin from there every now and again, but not actual food, lol. I've never seen someone eat soup or a sandwich when I've been there now that I think about it. And yeah I'm not looking forward to the climate change, just praying summer gets there quickly, lol.

So I hope you would respect your now bf's interest to know about your communication with the first bf in order not to create further misunderstanding and fight. Have you made known to your present bf about your plan to fly to visit your first bf as you mentioned a week ago or you have dropped this plan now since you have received travel access to your first bf? I hope you really do things out of deep consideration and not to keep jumping to say love him the most when a few days later to say you had finished with him and then a few days later saying you are so happy with him again. How do you make these jumping decisions? What are you based on? Please stand back and see before futher action. The convenience of travel can't be the one for your decision, IMO! Best of luck!

Thank you for the concern Janicee. I'm not going to go see my ex (the soldier) anymore. I dropped him and blocked him on everything possible afterward. Yes he had my heart screwed up the entire time my boyfriend and I were broken up (well him and one of my most trusted friends), but I'm done with him for good. The entire time my boyfriend and I were broken up I knew what it was I should do, and that was to be with him. It was just hard to do with my ex making me doubt my decision making (he's always been great at playing mind games with me as you can see in my other posts about him). But after I took some time for me and me only, I decided to do what I wanted and my boyfriend and I got back together. We've had some long, serious talks about the future and about what happened and I do love him still. There was a reason I told him he was a keeper even when we weren't together. But thank you, and no actually I could move somewhere else in the US that climate wise would be more to my liking, than move to be with him. So it's not that I'm just moving to be with him because I want to get away from where I live. It's because I want to have a future with him and rebuild what it was we lost. I know it can be done, it's being done now. Every day is getting better and better. I'd also like to add that my boyfriend knew exactly what was going on while my ex and I were in contact. He knew about me going to see him and he offered to fly down here to see me, and I told him no. So it's not like I changed my mind because my boyfriend agreed to come down here. I had access to both of them and could've easily saw my ex as well as my boyfriend, if I really wanted to. But I went with the person I should be with and want to be with, and kicked my ex to the curb for good, like I should've done almost 2 years ago. Edited January 22, 2011 by aerogurl87
