Kyle787 Posted January 19, 2011 Posted January 19, 2011 Before I begin let me just state girl #1: Real good friend. We don't hang out but talk, text, and skype chat from time to time. girl #2: My crush. She is also best friends with girl #1. I am in college and I think I have a problem. I've been friends with this girl 1 for about a year now. We are good friends but I would never be able to date her ever. Well I talked to this other girl (girl #2) in a hallway about 3 weeks ago. Turns out girl #2 is best friends with my friend. She was flirting with me back and gave me her number after 5 mins. I'm very picky and she seemed like she had the best personality I have ever witnessed in a woman so I am very attracted now. After the fact, and currently, girl 2 won't talk to me at all. Didn't text me back, ignores me in the hallways... anything. I text girl 1 a week later and she specifically says "oh yeah she gets like that, I have had 11 guys tell me the same thing about her. I dont want to hurt your feelings but I dont think you are her type of guy. But dont take that hard, youre an awesome person and I love you! but.. if you want to go for it, please do i dont care." Does it sound like girl 2 isn't interested, or are they both interested? What should I do?
carhill Posted January 19, 2011 Posted January 19, 2011 if you want to go for it, please do i dont care."Sometimes you just gotta not read between the lines. Ask girl #2 out. If she rejects you, it shouldn't be a problem for girl #1. If girl #1 was lying when she said 'I don't care', then discontinue the friendship. Never allow mind games from women. Better to learn that now. If girl #1 knows you well, you can assume girl #2 knows of you well, right down to what label your underwear, if any, carries. Personally, I'd date girl #3. In any event, good luck

carhill Posted January 19, 2011 Posted January 19, 2011 Where's the 'thumb's up' smilie? What are friends for, right?
Jazzari Posted January 19, 2011 Posted January 19, 2011 Is it possible that girl #1 ruined your chances with girl #2 because she wants you?
