randy90631 Posted January 19, 2011 Posted January 19, 2011 I've been dating a 28 year old girl for a little over 2 months. After one month of dating I asked her if she wanted to date exclusively. She said she wanted more time for us to get to know each other a little bit more. I'm 30 years old and I want to date someone that has potential of becoming a serious relationship. I have a planned hiking trip this upcoming Monday. I want to ask her again to make our relationship official. Have I waited long enough? I feel we know each other enough to make that decision. I've met her family, we've been very intimate (no sex yet), communicate almost daily, and have lots of fun together. Everyone I know says it's time for her to get off fence. My motivation to make it official is to know I can open my heart to her. Does it matter the delivery? Do I make it short and sweet, or give a romantic letter to read in my presence? Any thoughts or suggestions on this?
