I took this girl out last week, asked if she wanted to hang out again this week, she has plans on all 4 of my nights off, she suggested next week sometime, has a girls unavailability ever been a problem for anybody? We text a lot so I'm, just hard to actually hang out with this girl

Next week "sometime" = a blow off, she's not busy Next week Tuesday at 8pm = she's a legitimate busy person-- which is a whole different animal entirely. Your post is kind of sounding like the former, but it seems like you're asking advice for the latter??
