If the chemistry is right and you're really digging the girl, and vice versa... I think she would be incredibly flattered. I love getting poems, it's extremely rare though, I think it says a lot about the guy too.
make me believe Posted January 18, 2011 Posted January 18, 2011 I do NOT like getting poems! One of my ex-bf's used to write me poems occasionally and I always kinda cringed... It made me feel like I was supposed to make a big huge deal about how 'romantic' & 'meaningful' it was and whatever, but I just found it to be cheesy. It made me feel really awkward.
