cramsey113 Posted January 18, 2011 Posted January 18, 2011 We have been dating for a few months now. Everytime we meet, we have an amazing time. Lately we've just been going over his house and watching movies together and sometimes playing video games with the daughters of the people he rents the basement from. A few weeks ago we had sex for the first time and it was great but after he started freaking out saying he didn't think he was ready for that yet. I asked him why and he said "Because I'm not 100% into this yet. Like I'm not ready to marry you and have a kid yet." So I told him not to worry because I wasn't ready for all of that either. So now a few weeks later we've still been hanging out and we keep getting to the point where we're about to have sex and I have to stop him because I'm not sure what we are. He's told me he's not dating anyone else and I'm not either but he still teases me about 'other guys' sometimes. He talks to me about stuff like "our kids would do this or that.." He talks about us 20 years in the future. I'm just not sure what we are. Are we exclusive? Boyfriend and girlfriend? Are those the same thing?
