I will say that if a man finds a woman like my wife it beats the player lifestyle anyday but I know I damn lucky.
Billy_Boy Posted January 18, 2011 Posted January 18, 2011 There are 2 kinds of players I believe. I was a player for a few years after I split with my ex of 7 years. I dont like being alone, and I love sex... so sitting home that 1st month SUCKED, so I decided to go out and do my thing. I was mostly of the variety of player that was acting out, hurt because my ex ditched me after so long. I had to struggle to redefine my identity. So thats what I did. I would pursue girls like it was a relationship, turn it hot and heavy, get the sexings, until I started to feel like I was starting to like them, at which point I would freak out and go straight NC ever again out of the blue. That streak lasted maybe 2 years until I met my current gf, now I am not playing anyone anymore, just taking another shot, although I admit if this fails off, I will probably go player status for another 2 or 3 years. The other kind of players I have come across are more about themselves. They arent reacting so much to anything, but see life a lot more simply. Get what you can, dont put all your eggs in 1 basket, keep 3 or 4 girls on the hook at one time, and do what I can for me, because no one else will. These are the same guys that say things like "life ain't nuthin but money and bitches". or "pussy, money, weed".
