robaday Posted January 14, 2011 Posted January 14, 2011 Hi, Girl Im dating keeps asking me to meet the parents. To add context we've been dating for 3 months. I dont feel comfortable meeting the parents yet. What can I do? does this tell me that shes not the right girl for me? She seems really upset about it. Is this a case of different expectations? Do I carry on seeing her? go and meet the parents when Im not comfortable?

That's a fine time to meet her parents, especially if their opinion of you merits any worth with her. Don't place so much weight on meeting her parents. You might not be comfortable meeting them, but chances are they'll like you for the very same reasons she likes you. Sooner is better than later. Just go and get over your lacking comfort for her.
