Going beyond the sentiment of sharing someone with someone else, what speaks to me is the overall story of someone who has another life and waiting around for them to slot you in, thus you only get pieces of them and not everything. oh great songs..especially almost lover.... First few times I listened to Almost Lover, I had tears streaming down my face. As it happens one of my exes also reacted the same way to the same song!
