SlevinKalebra Posted January 11, 2011 Posted January 11, 2011 Thank you all for listening to me vent and offering advice Especially Cedmon. So, she broke up with her alkie abusive ex. Although I am still going to request the judge maintain the civil order of no contact with him as I am sure she is going to maintain contact with him. Plus she is very unstable and any change in the wind could result in her running back to him. Bottom line, I do not want him to be any part of my daughter's life. Now she is trying to move to the border of the state with her new boyfriend. So for those keeping score: I left her she moved her abusive alcoholic ex husband in to live with them. Moved him back out. Met another guy and plans to move my daughter two hours away from me. All this in the span of about four months. I contacted the mother of her first husband (the one just released from jail) to inform her of the stbxw's plans. "Enemy of my enemy".... and all that. Although there is not much they can do based on his current situation, he will be a huge fly in the ointment while I come out swinging. Once again I am worried about the court's decision as they seem to not pay attention to the obvious. And reward her like she is mother of the year. I figure if enough is shoved in the court's face the harder it will be for it to ignore her insanity. When all this is done I'm going on holiday to a deserted island for a very long time............. so......tired.................
