Vesna Posted January 11, 2011 Posted January 11, 2011 Is it wrong to have a healthy preoccupation with cleanliness? I was invited to dinner at a home nearby and I had never been there before. The person who took me there didn't warn me that the house would be filthy and there is no description needed. I was very uncomfortable with the situation and that was made even worse by the sight of the host picking her nose and eating it, having a crap with the door open and not washing her hands. And she was the cook. I beat a hasty retreat and will never return. I don't think I was being rude. How have other people handled a situation like this?
