kdark Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 I'm sorry, but I just couldn't date a guy who's swallowed cum. So if he spits, it's all good then.
catgotyourtongue Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 Have you ever been in a gay bar? It's so much more fun and interesting than a straight bar. I only go with my gay brother, and I always have a much better time than at a straight bar. I don't go to bars usually, so when I go, it's usually a gay bar my brother wants to go to. And yeah, if my friend said to me that he went home drunk and sucked off a guy, I would think that it was pretty damn cool that he has the balls to admit something like that, and I wouldn't think less of him. Having a brother who is gay has really changed the way I look at homosexuals and heterosexuals. I have no issue with men being with men, been to many gay bars, and some that were dead on balls wild and freaky, lol. Lots of gay friends, so for me, it is not at all about bashing this, or not liking it, or thinking it's wrong. I sure don't. Just so far in my life, I have never met a man who had a sexual exp. with another man, just once...and did not do it again, turn bi-or gay. So as a woman, it would be hard to date a man who had a gay experience, and not have it be in back of my head, he want's more d_k. I am sure it's happened only once, but I dont know any. Since there IS such a stigma with men being with men, even once, it would arguably take a lot for a man to choose a man for sex, if he did not really, really want it...or feel an urge. So far, in our time, men dont have the leeway women do with this, and women are generally not turned on by two men together...so it's a different ball game. I could have my data wrong, and just not ever hear of the men who did it once and never again, I would never know. But as far as the general knowledge out there, typically men don't do this. Total double standard, for sure, and not fair, but I am guessing the facts probably back up the thoughts...experiences we are sharing here?? Not sure. It's cool you are so close to your brother and have opened your mind a lot to his life, friends.
SunsetRed Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 I agree with Catgotyourtongue. I've never known a guy to "just do it once" with another guy. Some guys feel the stigma of being gay/bi and will try and minimize their experiences. I know a guy who has "sucked dick, but nothing else" with several men throughout his life. He says that he is not gay or bi because he only seeks relationships with women. He admits that if he felt the urge, he'd still go down on a guy, but that since he limits his contact with men to BJs only, that he's not gay or bi. How F'ed up is that? Not to mention the risk he's putting his women through. Lot's of closet gay men felt the need to publicly date/marry women. They publicly have relationships with women because of the stigma of being gay. They were still gay. Being married to a woman didn't change who they were on the inside. There've been several politicians over the last few years who had been married for years and were caught performing acts on men. If there were less shame and stigma associated with being gay, then people could come out of the closet and stop doing things behind other's backs. I think that gay people should be allowed to screw the hell out of each other and be legally married. If men can feel free to be gay without any shame, then fewer women will be used as beards. As for men who are bi, I agree that most bi men lean toward gay. To each his own, but I want the option of dating a completely heterosexual male so I would like to live in a world where people didn't have to repress or hide who they really are.

TOTALLY agree with sunset on this, it's like we share a brain on this one, lol. I agree with every single point as if I wrote it myself, though my writing is much less fluid and more frantic, . SPOT on what I feel, think and hope for.
alexlakeman Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 Sorry, but guys don't "just experiment", lol, there's more to that story, possibly.. Having a brother who is gay has really changed the way I look at homosexuals and heterosexuals. Hey, man, sorry I guess. I see how you see it at a more personal level.. That's fine.. Originally Posted by SunsetRed I'm sorry, but I just couldn't date a guy who's swallowed cum. So if he spits, it's all good then. Oh, that's just wrong, lol ... That's like women say "it was only the tip, so it's not sex" etc... technicalities, lol.. BUT that was my first question on my original response, about the cum in his mouth , yukkkkk, lol

Total double standard, for sure, and not fair, but I am guessing the facts probably back up the thoughts...experiences we are sharing here?? Not sure. Usually, if a non gay man has a homosexual encounter, it would surprise me if he has told ANYONE about it. LoveShack being the first place I have said anything about it, I have kissed another guy before, and honestly, I don't see why it's so stigmatized for men to experiment. To me it's not that big of a deal, but I know I am definitely not in the male majority. It's cool you are so close to your brother and have opened your mind a lot to his life, friends. Thank you. I consider myself lucky to see things the way I do.
alexlakeman Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 (edited) I have kissed another guy before, Wait, before you said it was your brother that was gay.. Are you the brother? So you are gay or bisexual? What led up to kissing another man? As in tongue, or just lips? So I just got this new bumper sticker for my car. It says: "If the fetus you save is gay, will you still fight for it's rights?" . Sorry, but you sound like your in the closet, just dieing to come out.. And here: dI've always been curious about whether or not women are into guys making out as much guys are into women making out. I've run the question to many of my female friends and have come up with many varied answers, and lots of speculation on what the normal viewpoint is from those girls I asked. The reason I am asking is because I just recently kissed another guy, and didn't find the act nearly as horrifying as it is built up to be. I don't think I'm bisexual, but could definitely see myself having a threesome with me, another guy, and a girl, and not avoid the other guy during the act like the plague. It's something I'll have to explore a little more... And here: This got to the point where down at college I would refuse to go to parties that all my friends were going to, just because I didn't want to have to deal with the two or three girls who I knew wanted to have sex/make out with me. Good luck, man.. Edited January 9, 2011 by alexlakeman
Stung Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 Meh. Honestly, not to offend anyone, but several of the comments in this thread seem a little bit--provincial, to me. There are all kinds of people in the world and some of them have different ideals, intellectual, artistic, hedonistic, what-have-you. Some guys do experiment. Some guys have a little bit of curiosity, a pocket of gray area. Some of them come from cultures much more accepting of this kind of experimentation, much less steeped in homophobia. And not every man is trying to prove he's 100% Grade A Hetero Beef every minute of the day. I actually know several men who experimented once with other males when they were young, often when they were under the influence, sometimes they were just trying to be bohemian hedonists rebelling against social mores or whatever. Obviously some of them WERE gay, but some of them weren't. Some of them were just kind of emo . I also know a lot of gay and bisexual men and believe me there can be a world of difference. Way back when I had a boyfriend who told me about his one-time experiment with another man. He also experimented once with an escort, and I had a harder time with that--but I respected the hell out of him for his honesty, which is part of why we're still friends. Anyway, both were experiences he decided didn't bear repeating. I have known him and been friends with him for twelve years now. I've been privy to facts about his love life in the ensuing years, have met several of his girlfriends, and he's never been with another guy. He very much identifies as straight and not bisexual. It could mean he's trying to lay the groundwork for another revelation, I'm not saying rule that out at this stage without further conversation, but I wouldn't make the automatic assumption without knowing more about his background and personality. Perhaps location and culture factor in, as well.
zengirl Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 He's tried it, so he should know how he feels about it. If he's open enough to tell you that, he'd probably be open enough to be gay and out, rather than dating a woman, if that wasn't his thing. That's not to say he couldn't be bi -- attracted to some men and some women. But if he was trying to repress it, I can't see it coming up. How it came up is a big part of the equation though. If it was natural at the time for it to come up in conversation (i.e. you were speaking about sex and sexuality), then I'd say no worries.
EasyHeart Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 I'm in the group that would be concerned about something like this. I've been drunk many times and alcohol has made some hideous-looking women seem attractive, but it has never made me think I want to go down on another guy. Of course, he will profess that he is completely straight and it's no big deal -- until you come home early one day and find him rubbing his loofah on another dude.
Seamless74 Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 Well, he's not 100% straight - but then again, who is? Uh me... and im sure of alot of other guys.. im quite sure the vast majority of men are 100% straight..

You have a "pink heart" on your avatar. Are you a guy or a girl? I don't get it...
Feelin Frisky Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 experiment shmerermet. What a bunch of ca-ca. It's either you go that way or you don't. There's no, gee, let me just suck some guy's dick and think about it. Hell, maybe it is good, but who cares? I know I don't want that. Experiment shmererment. Gimme a break.

alexlakeman Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 You have two girls kissing in your avatar, so I assume you are a lesbian. LOL, sorry but my avatar is NOT emo.. "most" "men" will clearly realize it's a guys profile, plus the name, yes there are "alex" females, but realistically.. plus I have a pic in my profile, lol... any questions?
