noclobber Posted January 6, 2011 Posted January 6, 2011 hey guys, how are you all doing? well.. i am still single and looking to date.. and continue to have bad luck with women anyway, here is my question about this girl. she joined as an intern 2 yrs back in the company that i work for. i was instantly attracted to her and chatted her up. she responded well.. we had some mild flirting going on. we had lunch once and it went very well. but summer soon got over and she went back to her school. but i did get her email before she left and i wrote some flirty emails and she did respond. she never wrote to me though. she only responded. last yr i was pleasantly surprised to see her in the company and spoke to her. she said she got hired full time. i was overjoyed to hear this. we were in different buildings and so i sent her a casual email but she didn't respond back. after that i had to leave to India on an emergency and was out for a very long time. i came back after couple of months and sent her this email: "Hi, How are you? Its been a while.. how have you been?" and she responded with: "Hey.. I almost missed that. I am good. Wats up with u?" and i replied back: "Yea I am ok.. I came back to work after a very long break. Would u like to do lunch some time this week?" and she never responded. I kinda got pissed but just let it go. then i bumped into her yesterday afternoon.. i had a brief chat with her and thought i should try one last time and asked her if she would like to do lunch and she said "sure". then she said that she has to go to a meeting and will talk later and i said i will email her. i then sent her this email: "It was nice bumping into you today.. hope you’ve been doing well. Would you like to do lunch this Friday?" and got back this reply: "I have a class in the gym on mondays & fridays.. Also my team is re-organized, so there are meetings & team lunches being setup yet. Ill ping you as soon as I setup my schedule with the new team" What should I make of this?? I think she is not interested.
