I've had two cases, NOT on the harassment end, but on the management end... one case got probation, the other case , two people involved, male / female, and both got "let go".. It's not black and white... Did you grab a boob? Or did you just whistle at someone ? Or, did they catch you with porn on the pc? LOL... you know, it depends...

I once reached for something and accidently brushed this black woman at work and she started griping in a loud voice: "HANDS, WATCH THOSE HANDS". I was MORTIFIED. Then she says: "look at him, he's all red. I was just kidding. I know you wouldn't do that. Come on.." That was NOT funny. That's as close as I ever came and want to.
