I see this touted ever so often on a woman's dating profile. One in particular that caught my attention and made me decide to post this. (She had double astricks by that disclaimer)

Why do people do this? Why even be on a dating if their future sig. other must understand this?

Well, the double asterisks seem weird, but I think people should still be able to date -- if they're upfront about their schedules -- with a busy schedule. I mean, I don't want to date a medical resident because they work 80 hours a week, but that doesn't mean that someone else wouldn't be happy to.

Pretty much all women have "busy schedules".

The man calls, the woman don't pick up. Her Reason? She was busy.

Man asks if the woman wants to go out on Friday. The woman says no, and that she is busy. Man ask if she wants to go out saturday... She's busy. Man asks if she wanna go out next week on friday, woman says maybe if she's not busy... and then it turns out she is busy then too.

This is how it works. Women are always "busy". Don't matter if the woman works part time and has no friends, she will too have a "busy schedule" as soon as a man decides pursues her.
