Mad Max Posted January 5, 2011 Posted January 5, 2011 A flake is basically if you say you'll go out and then at the last minute, come up with some BS reason. If someone is flaking that early, I would never give them a second chance to flake since I'd run faster than Usain Bolt.

This is evidenced by them not keeping their commitments. what if they never give a reason? They're inexperienced, inept and unresourceful flakes. when is it ok to forgive a flake? When the flagellate themselves to death, late of course. what if they are a flake without realizing? Then they're just stupid, which is a whole different thread
