I got a new job in an office, making more money!:bunny::bunny: I put in my two weeks, can't wait to start working at the new place. I hope I love it.

Absolutely f*ck all!

 

I have not done much at all to improve myself.

 

Oh - I know! - I have accepted that I am a weak and lazy person who has not tried her best to better herself and learn more this year I have had OFF from any studying. ( defered Uni for 1 year and start again in FEB)

 

I have the ability to accept my less than satisfactory state;to see my predicament for what it is; whilst having plans to improve things, I still have accepted my less than optimal state as it is.

 

 

So yeah. I accept myself as I am NOW, even though I have been annoyingly lazy and less than acceptable.

 

 

I need to come back to this thread, if it is still going, at the end of the year, to say that " my best accomplishment, is passing my frist year at Uni" and " actually making friends" ( hence being a worthy enough person for good people to want to be around).

Still haven't done anything noteworthy yet. Read five books? But that doesn't seem quite enough.

 

I'll keep trying though...maybe by February I'll have something of note to report. :)

- First trip to Aspen

- First ride in ski gondola up to 8000 ft

- First snowshoeing expedition, cool animal tracks (bobcat and martin, no heffalumps or woozles)

So far...

 

Conquered my flying phobia and celebrated New Year's in Germany.

Visited 3 countries.

Started running again.

Decided to enjoy being single & not date for awhile longer.

Had sparks with an amazing guy I met, who has since asked me out.

 

It's been an unusually busy month.

I started 2011 off with the biggest mistake I've ever made in my life...



 

If I get this new job that pays over 2x what I'm making now, that'll be a nice accomplishment but who cares? I only wanted it so we could get a place together and start a family.
