No, the adverb there would be, "unhealthily"--yes? Both opponents and proponents of the phrase "unconditional love" would concede that it's neccessary for both people to feel it in order for it to begin to exist. Don't think of that as a condition, think of it as a prerequisite, a condition that MUST exist, otherwise "unconditional" would never exist in any phrase at all.
