I wouldn't worry about it. I've been sh*tting blood for almost a decade and I'm in the best shape of my life.

Well, if it's fresh red blood, it's highly unlikely that you've got colon cancer. Sorry to disappoint you.

 

If it's dark though... Now maybe you've got a glimmer of hope. ;)
