He suggests hanging out loosely and I casually say: hey take my number That's when things got strange because he wiped out his phone and gave me his number. So instantly I think 'hey he's acting weird'. The vibe from him was that he seemed determined to give me his number instead and not take mine. SO I call his phone instantly from my phone and he had my number because I Did Not Want To Take His. I wanted to give him mine. But I could see that he Did not want to take mines but wanted to give me his. What's that about? p.s.--the chances that we would run into each other again is Extremely (almost 99.9%) Rare...so he could have just taken my number and not called if he wasn't interested. Guys explain please.

He wasn't that interested and its really as simple as that. Or he was extremely insecure and needs a woman to call him in which case I definitely wouldn't be interested. I met one like that last night. He gave me a flyer for a party with his number on it talking about "let's do lunch". I'm like "yea right okay, I'll call you". Next!!!

Seamless74 Posted December 29, 2010 Posted December 29, 2010 Every once in a while **** it... who knows.... maybe he would just rather play the odds that you wanna call him sometime as opposed to him call you and hear that you cant get together because your mom sick or you have to go to your sisters house for the weekend.. If you call him hell know your down if he calls you he might have to hear some bull****.... Im not saying a guy should do that everytime but certain situations i dunno he could have done worse.. Conversely maybe he truly wasnt that into you and really doesnt anticipate ever calling you and is hoping youll call him on a rainy day, or when your boyfriend breaks up with you, or when your in estrus or something who knows.. but if you dont wanna call him then dont call him...

He probably plays the same game with many other girls ... If you are looking to be in his 'game', then call him. If you interested in a relationship ... just move on.
Feelin Frisky Posted December 29, 2010 Posted December 29, 2010 He's what you call your jerk. There's no other explanation. I could see him taking your number and asking if you want his but that stand-off was contrary to male nature. It's good to find these things out sooner than later.
